Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery within the United States

US delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping within the United States is a flat $14.99 per order. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

International shipping

We ship internationally via DHL. International shipping is quoted case by case, so please email us at sales@dresscosmo.com before ordering and we'll send you a quote.

Ordering for an event

Please order at least 10 days before your event. Earlier is better, as it leaves time for delivery, a try-on and any alterations.

Delays or damaged parcels

If your delivery is taking longer than expected, or your order arrives damaged, email us at sales@dresscosmo.com and we'll look into it.
