Return window and condition

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging.
• We need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Returns are arranged by email. Please email sales@dresscosmo.com with your order number for return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping, and shipping costs are not refunded.

Sale items

Sale items are not refundable. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If your dress arrives defective or damaged, email us right away. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
